It was mentioned on Tattle a while back, they barely talk - only through lawyers, and the custody of the kids is contingent on her character, because his family are trying to stop her monetizing the kids. She won't do anything that lawyers could use.

Wasn't there an article not long ago she did with The Mirror about how she's been pressured from friends to do onlyfans with the amount of money she'd make? But she said she'd never do anything like that because of her kids.
