THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.
----------------------------------------
Shichisei officially declares war on Kougon Cult...more plot and action than last season certainly...

Now we know that Shichisei probably want Makina to join them as she is an "important" source of motivation for their "purpose"... Makina certainly became stronger after reviving her attachment to the living world.

Interesting that Shichisei are Shikabane for a completely different reason. They move with desire and instinct instead of attachment.... And Hokuto is a special case; she is the representation of death itself....

And she says "mirror" = kagami = same pronunciation as Ouri and Keisei's family name. There may be something speical about Ouri and Makina....(I noticed they ignored Ouri even though he is supposed to be wounded with the centipede)

The four priests (including Aragami Rika of the Aragami family) are apparently all pretty strong. Strong enough to make Shichisei retreat..(they were weakened by the mountain's spiritual purity anyway)....
bla bla bla
The endless debate between fans and haters. At one point, after spending a lot of time on MAL, you just realize it's totally pointless.

It's not looking to deep to see that there is a connection between Oori and Makina that we haven't been told.

Unsolved Mysteries:
Oori's past (especially father, I feel there are some daddy issues here)
Makina's older brother (face was hidden/torn in picture)
Cat
Makina and Shichisei leader
Shichisei as an organization
Betrayer Priest's secret

There are a few more, but these are the only ones I can remember off the top of my head.

meh, i suppose they will reveal it all in due time. it seems to be that the whole episode ended mid sentence. each episode seems to run on into the next one, that is interesting in a way.

While more was revealed, I can't help but wonder what other skeletons are going to be released from the closet.

Wow, so many corrupt priests. I hope they all get whipped.

Makina was insanely powerful, and super cool, when she started thinking only of Keisei. Behold the power of love. XD

I didn't find that interesting at all. Theres no difference between wanting to stay alive and desire to stay alive out of instinct. Thats like saying I took a shit because I wanted too but her took a shit because he had no control over it, stupid. Hokuto on the other hand was interesting. I'm really interested in seeing her meet Ougi again face to face again. She sees him differently then the other people. If you want last season when she looks at him there wasn't any abnormality's with the way he looked but everything around him was blurry and out of place. He was like a clean slate of nothing....I'm guessing because he just accepts things as they come and doesn't hold a grudge or have a real opinion on things.

Intense episode. Can't really deal with the flashbacks, so I hope that was it lol. Really hope Oori has something cool about him since he was just thrown aside again, but hooray for Kamika fan service.

So, just wanted to ask. Are they subbing this season too ?
Tomodachi (TMD) are subbing this season. They are connected with Teki so you can basically say Teki = TMD.

still don't like the art style of new season. battles are also pretty lame animated.
but plot beats it all.
and this new priest with a sword and otaku hime is a clone of Keisei... too bad for mangaka to produce almost the same characters within one series.

Japan's #1 Horror Rule: Girls between the ages of four and eight are scary as fuck.

I was rather amused when I realized the power that had gathered around them without them knowing. As stated prior, obviously there are a handful of things that while expected, haven't been revealed yet, so, in time. At least it looks like Genpaku and Sadahiro are getting larger parts this season. I always enjoyed their characters. The upcoming battles will be pretty spiffy too; can't wait :D

Great episode compared to the last 3 ones, with very interesting developments, but that's a shame the fight ended like that. Overall a lot of things to look forward to.

In every age, in every place, the deeds of men remain the same.

She's not scary. I want to pet her. Maybe from behind a very thick steel wall. With oven mittens... being worn by a stick that I'm using from the other side of the wall.

Also a hazmat suit. A bullet proof one. =[

Still, I'd totally pet her.

Tomodachi (TMD) are subbing this season. They are connected with Teki so you can basically say Teki = TMD.
And for the Japanese challenged, Tomodachi = Friend and Teki = Enemy. People are so creative these days. They sub good though.

Another good episode and this 'season' is shaping up to be much better than the first. That can probably be attributed to a lot of the backstory and exposition having been taken care of already. On the other hand, Kuro's episodes seem to be directed differently, they flow better or something. Anyway, looking forward to more.

-I'm betting his father might be that cetipede guy or the guy who took in Keisei
-I'm also thinking that that's probably Keisei in that pic as well, but im sure im wrong
-Oori's conscious and only he can see it, remember when his cat died in hthe past, he got alll depressed and i think his cat of a conscious developed
-Other then ripping all her limbs off, idk
-They want to destroy all Shikabane-Hime, then the world of course ;D
-He killed his own Shikabane-Hime to add to his Zadan cube thing, or so he says as if he's taking the blame for it.

Can't Wait for more. i do agree with what a friend said as to why they named this second season Kuro and they didn't change the OP r ED, but it's w/e to me :D

Remeber, Shikabane Hime (namely Makina) can see the cat too. So it's really there.

Interesting start to the second season so far. A lot of stuff unexplained, but i'm very interested in seeing how it's all revealed.

Very shiny and bright episode in the other world place/thing. I think I was hoping for a bigger revelation about what the Seven Stars are, but I accept the reason they gave. I wonder what is so special about Makina that they were testing?

Another really good episode. I'm loving the pace and action much better than first season. Oori was pretty brave for standing up to the Sichisei like that.

And I really liked how Makina went berserk when she remembered Keisei. I'm pretty sure that she loved him. Gah, I was hoping she would've killed the centipede guy but unfortunately Hokuto got in the way. I'm really looking forward to seeing Makina take them down.

So the monks are too stupid to think they can be turned into a shikabane because of their teachings or whatever? stupid people as always, and nobody in the sect seems to like Ouri, Makina still isn't wanting him to be her contract monk either so i guess it will take some time for that bond to get stronger....

Nope, can't force myself to watch the rest of this terrible show. They spent the entire first season setting up the priests as being bad but having one show up and beat up Oori for "killing a priest" when their entire purpose is to identify Corpses and somehow failing to do so is just too much idiot plot for me to handle. This show is trash and its obvious why nobody talks about it.

if they took out the rogue monk, they could have won there.
Why do they make all these baldies such trash.
Broken mirror, but sees Ouri as Ouri as we saw in red.
We haven't seen the kuroneko in awhile.
So these corpses run on nature, not regret/obsessions, and then the leader runs on neither with death coming for no reason prior to any coming into existence.
4/5, stop allowing the false monks to continue to serve.
